ANEJO MANHATTAN

Original

Ingredients:
2 oz. El Tesoro Anejo Tequila
½ oz. Martini and Rossi Sweet Vermouth
¼ oz. Licor 43
1 dash Angostura Bitters
1 dash Regan’s No.6 Orange Bitters
Garnish = Mole Salami Slice- Wrapped Amarena Cherry -on a Pick

Creation:
In a mixing glass, measure in spirits and bitters, fill with ice, and stir swiftly for 10 seconds. Finally, strain into a chilled cocktail glass and garnish.


BBQ Negroni

Original

Ingredients
Lagavulin Single Malt Scotch—Rinsed cocktail glass
2 oz. Aviation American Gin
½ oz. Campari Italian Bitters
½ oz. Carpano Antica Vermouth
½ oz. Dolin Blanc Vermouth
Garnish = Smoked Pork Belly Cube on a Pick

Creation:
In a mixing glass, measure in spirits and bitters, fill with ice, and stir swiftly for 10 seconds. Finally, strain into the rinsed cocktail glass and garnish.


CAmpari DAiquiri

Original

Ingredients:
1 ½ oz. Flor de Cana Dry Light Rum
½ oz. Campari Italian Bitters
1 oz. freshly pressed lime juice
¾ oz. simple syrup (combine and completely integrate equal parts superfine sugar and hot water)
Garnish = Lime Wedge

Creation:
In a shaker or mixing glass, add spirits, juice, and syrup. Next fill with ice and shake vigorously for 6 seconds. Finally, strain into a chilled cocktail glass and garnish.

ORIGINAL

Ingredients:
5 green grapes
1 ½ oz. Plymouth Gin
½ oz. Clear Creek Distillery Grappa di Muscato
½ oz. freshly pressed lemon juice
½ oz. simple syrup (combine and completely integrate equal parts superfine sugar and hot water)
2 dashes Regan’s No.6 Orange Bitters
Garnish = Green Grape (sliced at its tip and placed on the rim of the glass)

Creation:
In a shaker or mixing glass, add 5 grapes and hand press them with a muddler. Next, measure in spirits, juice, syrup, and bitters, fill with ice, and shake vigorously for 6 seconds. Finally, double fine strain into a chilled cocktail glass and garnish.


“GIN” OLD FASHIONED

ORIGINAL

Ingredients:
2 oz. Aviation American Gin
¼ oz. simple syrup (combine and completely integrate equal parts superfine sugar and hot water)
1 dash Peychaud Bitters
1 dash Regan’s No.6 Orange Bitters
Garnish = Lemon Peel

ORIGINAL

Ingredients:
1 ½ oz. Ketel One Vodka
1 oz. Noilly Prat Dry Vermouth
½ oz. Zirbenz Stone Pine Liqueur
1 tsp. house blended clover honey syrup
1 dash Peychaud Bitters
Garnish = Lemon Peel

Creation:
In a mixing glass, add spirits, syrup, and bitters. Next fill glass with ice and stir for 10 seconds. Finally, strain into a chilled cocktail glass and garnish.


Maplewood

ORIGINAL

Ingredients:
2 oz.  Benchmark No.8 Bourbon
¾ oz. freshly pressed lime juice
¾ oz. house blended Grade A maple syrup (combine and completely integrate 2 parts maple to 1 part warm water)
1 dash Angostura Bitters
Garnish = Lime Wedge

Creation:
In a shaker or mixing glass, add spirit, juices, syrup, and bitters. Next, fill with ice and shake vigorously for 6 seconds. Finally, strain into a chilled cocktail glass and garnish.


MARGARITA

Classic

Ingredients:
1 ½ oz. Luna Azul 100% Blue Agave Tequila
¼ oz. Cointreau
¾ oz. freshly pressed lime juice
½ oz. simple syrup (combine and completely integrate equal parts superfine sugar and hot water)
1 oz. cold water
Garnish = Lime Wedge and Kosher Salt- Rim (as requested or desired)

Creation:
In a shaker or mixing glass, measure in spirit, juices, syrup, and water. Next, fill with ice and shake vigorously for 6 seconds. Finally, strain into a chilled old fashioned glass over fresh ice and garnish.


MOJITO

Classic

Ingredients:
10 to 12 mint leaves
2 oz.  Flor de Cana Dry Light Rum
¾ oz. freshly pressed lime juice
1 oz. simple syrup (combine and completely integrate equal parts superfine sugar and hot water)
1 ¾ oz. sparkling water
Garnish = Powdered Sugar-Dusted Double Mint Tip (For Grand Effect!)

Creation:
In a shaker or mixing glass, add mint and measure in rum. Next, press the combination together five times with a muddler, at which point you’ll now measure in the juice, syrup, and soda. At this point, stir the ingredients all together and finally fill the glass with crushed ice (as available) and garnish.


OLD FASHIONED WHISKEY COCKTAIL

Classic

Ingredients:
2 oz. Buffalo Trace Kentucky Straight Bourbon
¼ oz. simple syrup (combine and completely integrate equal parts superfine sugar and hot water)
2 dashes Angostura Bitters (or to taste)
Garnish = Lemon and Orange Peel Combo

Creation:
In a mixing glass, add spirits and bitters. Next fill glass with ice and stir for 10 seconds. Finally, strain into an old fashioned glass over ice, and garnish.


Pepper smash #2

ORIGINAL

Ingredients:
12 to 15 mint leaves
2 oz.  Krogstad Aquavit
¾ oz. freshly pressed lime juice
¾ oz. freshly extracted yellow bell pepper juice
¾ oz. house blended Grade A maple syrup (combine and completely integrate 2 parts maple to 1 part warm water)
Garnish = Large Double Mint Tip

Creation:
In a shaker or mixing glass, add mint and carefully measure in spirit. Next, press the combination together five times with a muddler, add juices, and syrup. Fill with ice and shake vigorously for 6 seconds. Finally, double fine strain into a chilled old fashioned glass over fresh ice and garnish.


PILSNER VS. APEROL

ORIGINAL

Ingredients:
1 oz. Aperol Italian Bitters
1 oz. Aviation American Gin
1 oz. freshly pressed grapefruit juice
½ oz. house blended clover honey syrup (combine and completely integrate 2 parts honey to 1 part warm water)
2 oz. Bitburger Pilsner Beer
3 oz. sparkling water    

Creation:
In a highball glass measure in spirit, juice, syrup, bitters, beer, and soda. Stir to integrate, fill glass with ice, and garnish with a sprinkling of fresh hop buds.


SAZERAC-QUIRI

ORIGINAL

Ingredients:
Absinthe-Rinsed Tumbler or Old Fashioned Glass
1 oz. Old Overholt Rye Whiskey
1 oz. Elijah Craig Small Batch Bourbon
¾ oz. freshly pressed lime juice
¾ oz. simple syrup
1 dash Peychaud Bitters
Garnish = Star Anise Pod

Creation:
In a shaker or mixing glass, add spirits, juice, syrup, and bitters. Next fill glass with ice and shake vigorously for 6 seconds. Finally strain into a the rinsed glass and garnish.


SHISO SEXY

ORIGINAL

Ingredients:
3 shiso leaves
1 ½ oz. Vodka
½ oz. Yellow Chartreuse
½ oz. freshly pressed lime juice
½ oz. simple syrup (combine and completely integrate equal parts superfine sugar and hot water)
2 oz. cold green tea
1 dash Regan’s No.6 Orange Bitters
Garnish = Shiso Leaf

Creation:
In a highball glass, add 2 shiso leaves, measure in spirit, and hand press 5 times with a muddler. Next, add juice, syrup, tea, and bitters. Finally, stir to integrate all ingredients, fill glass with ice, and garnish.


TIJUANA KISSING BOOTH

Original

Ingredients
Spice Sugar Salt -Rimmed Cocktail Glass (Mix = 1 part Tajin Spice + 1 part superfine sugar + .5 part Kosher Salt)
1 oz. Illegal Joven Mezcal
½ oz. Giffard Crème de Pasion Liqueur
½ oz. freshly pressed lime juice
¼ oz. house blended clover honey syrup
3 oz. dry sparkling wine (add post-shake)
Garnish = Mist of rosewater and lime wedge

Creation:
In a shaker or mixing glass, add spirit, juices, and syrup. Next, fill with ice and shake vigorously for 6 seconds. Finally, add sparkling wine and swirl, strain into the rimmed glass and garnish with both mist and lime wedge.
